Jim Henson: The Biography is a Beacon of Positivity Just Like Jim

Jim Henson The Biography by Brian Jay Jones

Jim Henson: The Biography by Brian Jay Jones is, like it’s eponymous subject, a beacon for all times and all people. The things Jim Henson created, the things he inspired, and the way he lived his life are all examples that there can be good in the world, and we don’t just have to receive it, we can enjoy it, share it, collaborate on it, and create it ourselves.

The story of Jim Henson is the story of an innovator who was never satisfied unless he was on to the next thing, and then the next, and the next, and the next.

Reasons Are Several returns like a phoenix as Reasons Are Debatable

Reasons Are Debatable Podcast Review Agent Palmer

Guess who’s back? Back again. RAD is back, tell a friend.

Reasons Are Several is back, now under the rebranded guise of Reasons Are Debatable, and though the format is different, the heart of the show remains. Podcasts are nothing without personalities and for this show that was never debatable, especially when the last co-host seat change was made. An Authentic “Back Story: A Memoir” by David Mitchell

Back Story A Memoir by David Mitchell Book Review

You may or may not know David Mitchell from Peep Show, Would I Lie To You or one of his many other panel show appearances, or he may be someone you know absolutely nothing about, but neither knowing him nor not knowing him should deter you from reading his back story in his autobiography David Mitchell: Back Story: A Memoir.

A Roast and a Toast to Bill Sweeney and 200 Episodes of The Wicked Theory Podcast

This past week The Wicked Theory Podcast celebrated its 200th Episode with the Roast of William Sweeney, Esq. And after a night of laughs and looking back, Bill dropped a bomb about changes coming to the show.

And while I am on the inside, I don’t want to speculate about the future of the show, I want to take this opportunity to say some very nice things about The Wicked Theory Podcast, but more specifically it’s host with the most, Bill Sweeney.

Lock The Gates! WTF with Marc Maron Celebrates 1,000 Episodes with Producer Brendan McDonald

Marc Maron and Brendan McDonald WTF Podcast 1000 Episodes

It took Marc Maron and his producer Brendan McDonald 3,478 days to amass 1,000 episodes of one of the most revered interview podcasts. That’s more than the twice a week release schedule that is now the norm for WTF with Marc Maron. Broken down that’s nine years, six months, and ten days, and more importantly, that’s 1,000 episodes of one of the mediums original pillars.

It’s easy to get caught up in the math.
