Agent Palmer
Previously on agent Palmer dot com. Barkers brand of horror celebrates the inhuman condition quiet literary giant gets attention he deserves in Radical Wolfe. And if I’m honest, the conversation in the last episode with Miguel was quite the catharsis for me. This is The Palmer Files episode 115 with Stefanie Muniz, formerly of the Gotham Lights Podcast and The Orville Lights Podcast, and the woman who has my heart and lives with me.
00:00:25:32 – 00:01:01:53
Agent Palmer
Yes, she lives with me. She did that on her own. She’s about to answer 50 questions. Are you ready? Let’s do the show.
00:01:01:58 – 00:01:26:13
Agent Palmer
She’s. Hello, and welcome to the Palmer Files. I’m your host, Jason Stershic, also known as Agent Palmer. And on this 115th episode is Stefanie Muniz. She is my partner, the love of my life and the person who probably supported me in this podcast endeavor more than any other. She was always going to eventually be on the show, as she has podcasting in her past, because that’s how we met.
00:01:26:13 – 00:01:51:01
Agent Palmer
But last year she did a birthday stream on her Twitch channel and I offered this 50 questions as a way to fill some time during the many hours of that stream. These 50 questions are not strange to me. I first answered them as a blog post, and I used them as filler episodes on seven days a week, asking them to each of the co-host, the angry Ginger, and Grant The Kilted One during separate episodes.
00:01:51:05 – 00:02:21:14
Agent Palmer
I then did the same thing, asking Bill of the Wicked Theory podcast and of the first guest of the show way back 115 episodes ago, the same 50 questions for an episode of his show. Stef now answers those 50 questions. That’s Stef with an F for those of you keeping track at home for some reason. Anyway, before we get to the questions themselves, remember that if you want to discuss this episode as you listen or afterwards, you can find all contact information for Stef and myself in the show notes.
00:02:21:29 – 00:02:51:52
Agent Palmer
There you can see some of Stef’s writing on From Brain to keyboard.com, which also has links to some of her older podcast appearances and co-hosting spots. Don’t forget, you can see all of my writings and rantings on Agent palmer.com. And of course, email can be sent to the Palmer files at gmail.com. Also, if for some reason you want to follow along with my answers, you can go to Agent palmer.com/50 Q that’s the numbers five and zero and the letter Q that will also let you know what I’m going to ask her next.
00:02:52:05 – 00:02:59:12
Agent Palmer
So without further ado, on with the questions.
00:02:59:16 – 00:03:10:44
Agent Palmer
All right. 50 questions. Yes. You’ve heard these episodes before. I have, but I’m counting on you not remembering all of them.
00:03:10:49 – 00:03:12:50
Stefanie Muniz
I don’t remember any of it. Okay.
00:03:12:55 – 00:03:41:27
Agent Palmer
Now for you. So you’re aware 50 questions alternating every five. So the first five are this or that. Just answer quickly rapid fire. And then the next five will be open ended. And then we’ll go back to five that rapid fire. And basically there’s five sets of ten. And we’ll we’ll get through all 50 and that’ll be that.
00:03:41:32 – 00:03:57:27
Agent Palmer
Okay. My answers are already online somewhere on my blog. And I might ask a follow up to some of the open ended ones, or maybe the rapid fire. I’m unpredictable. Who knows?
00:03:57:32 – 00:03:59:03
Stefanie Muniz
Unpredictable.
00:03:59:07 – 00:04:00:43
Agent Palmer
All right, let’s go.
00:04:00:48 – 00:04:01:43
Stefanie Muniz
Ready?
00:04:01:47 – 00:04:03:18
Agent Palmer
Coke or Pepsi?
00:04:03:23 – 00:04:04:35
Stefanie Muniz
Coke.
00:04:04:40 – 00:04:08:20
Agent Palmer
Read on a Kindle or, book?
00:04:08:25 – 00:04:09:18
Stefanie Muniz
Book.
00:04:09:22 – 00:04:12:01
Agent Palmer
Go to a play or a musical.
00:04:12:06 – 00:04:15:08
Stefanie Muniz
Who, like.
00:04:15:13 – 00:04:17:01
Agent Palmer
Hike or bike?
00:04:17:06 – 00:04:18:12
Stefanie Muniz
Did you say hike?
00:04:18:16 – 00:04:21:24
Agent Palmer
Yes, I said hike or bike?
00:04:21:29 – 00:04:22:38
Stefanie Muniz
Hike.
00:04:22:43 – 00:04:25:23
Agent Palmer
Star Trek or Star Wars?
00:04:25:28 – 00:04:26:46
Stefanie Muniz
Star trek.
00:04:26:51 – 00:04:38:38
Agent Palmer
All right, you’ve you’ve finished the first five rapidfire. So these are open ended now, where is your favorite place to eat?
00:04:38:43 – 00:04:43:02
Stefanie Muniz
That’s a tough one because there’s a lot of, a lot of favorite places.
00:04:43:07 – 00:04:46:02
Agent Palmer
One favorite place to eat.
00:04:46:07 – 00:04:57:33
Stefanie Muniz
Well, then we’ll go with, we’ll go with the Hotel Bethlehem, because we were just there for my birthday dinner, and I like to eat there.
00:04:57:37 – 00:05:00:14
Agent Palmer
The food, the atmosphere, both.
00:05:00:19 – 00:05:20:44
Stefanie Muniz
I really like the food. And I really like the the atmosphere. Especially if we’re eating in, what’s what they call the tap room. It’s just a nice little eating area. There’s a bar. They usually have a nicely decorated, especially around, like, the holidays, maybe a lot of pretty decorations. And then you can also look out on the, like, Main Street.
00:05:20:49 – 00:05:23:16
Agent Palmer
Yeah. Historic downtown Bethlehem.
00:05:23:20 – 00:05:26:17
Stefanie Muniz
Yeah. And it’s very pretty.
00:05:26:22 – 00:05:33:23
Agent Palmer
All right. What childhood activity do you wish you could still do now?
00:05:33:28 – 00:05:41:13
Stefanie Muniz
Which child would activity do I wish I could still do now? Yes.
00:05:41:17 – 00:05:44:43
Agent Palmer
I mean, it doesn’t seem like that hard of a question.
00:05:44:48 – 00:05:47:52
Stefanie Muniz
I mean, it kind of is.
00:05:47:57 – 00:05:51:10
Agent Palmer
There are no skips. You have to answer that.
00:05:51:14 – 00:06:15:24
Stefanie Muniz
I mean, how to. Planning on skipping. Perfect. I don’t I really don’t know. Because I could say crocheting because I use my, my, my grandmother, my, my German grandmother. So my Oma taught me how to crochet when I was a kid, and so I, I didn’t do it very well, but I did it. And I have been meaning to get back into it.
00:06:15:29 – 00:06:30:43
Stefanie Muniz
Oh, no. I’ve tried and started, stopped. It started, stopped. I guess that I’m sure there’s there’s other things, but I can’t think of anything else. I mean, I guess writing is another one like I do.
00:06:30:43 – 00:06:33:07
Agent Palmer
Like writing is not a childhood activity.
00:06:33:12 – 00:06:55:36
Stefanie Muniz
Well, that that’s why, like, I wrote a lot as a kid and I liked it and I would try to get back into it. But it’s not like a really a childhood act is any. Yeah, but neither is crocheting. Like a lot of people crochet. It’s not exactly like a child’s thing. Gosh, childhood thing.
00:06:55:41 – 00:07:03:05
Agent Palmer
I can give you a hint and say that if you did it before fifth grade, it’s probably a childhood activity.
00:07:03:10 – 00:07:05:22
Stefanie Muniz
Before fifth grade.
00:07:05:27 – 00:07:08:29
Agent Palmer
I didn’t realize this would be the tough question.
00:07:08:34 – 00:07:15:26
Stefanie Muniz
That I didn’t think so. I didn’t realize either. This this is the stumper, Boy.
00:07:15:31 – 00:07:31:48
Agent Palmer
If I it this this this might be a very long thing. Come on. Favorite childhood activity? Favorite that you wish you could still do now? So you can right now. You. I mean, yeah.
00:07:31:53 – 00:07:32:43
Stefanie Muniz
No, I can.
00:07:32:56 – 00:07:38:36
Agent Palmer
You can crochet now. So what’s an activity that you did as a child that you wish you could still do?
00:07:38:36 – 00:07:46:38
Stefanie Muniz
Now I’m really just I’m really drawing a blank, like I, I can only think of things that also adults can do, like roller skating or riding a scooter.
00:07:46:38 – 00:07:55:12
Agent Palmer
Well, pick one something. Thank God this isn’t a rapid fire thing. You would be.
00:07:55:17 – 00:08:02:42
Stefanie Muniz
I’m better. The rapid fire questions I don’t know about these long form questions. Well, come on, is that enough? Is that enough?
00:08:02:47 – 00:08:04:52
Agent Palmer
No, you didn’t pick one.
00:08:04:57 – 00:08:06:21
Stefanie Muniz
It’s roller skating.
00:08:06:26 – 00:08:13:56
Agent Palmer
Okay. Roller skating. All right, fair enough. What TV show character are you most like?
00:08:14:01 – 00:08:16:09
Stefanie Muniz
Oh, geez. Can we go back to the childhood thing?
00:08:16:20 – 00:08:24:36
Agent Palmer
No, we moved on. You picked roller skating. Now what? TV show character are you most like?
00:08:24:41 – 00:08:27:32
Stefanie Muniz
I don’t know, I haven’t watched a TV show in a long time.
00:08:27:36 – 00:08:39:48
Agent Palmer
We’ve watched a lot of TV shows. Pick a character that you are most like. It’s you. This isn’t like, asking your friend who you’re most like affiliated with. This is you.
00:08:39:53 – 00:08:45:12
Stefanie Muniz
Yeah, but I feel like friends would have an easier time of figuring out who I was. Like.
00:08:45:17 – 00:08:51:04
Agent Palmer
You don’t know who you are. That’s what you’re saying. That’s your final answer. I don’t know who I am.
00:08:51:09 – 00:08:57:09
Stefanie Muniz
No, I have a hard time comparing myself to other characters.
00:08:57:14 – 00:09:00:36
Agent Palmer
Well, here’s a hint you’re not a character.
00:09:00:41 – 00:09:01:28
Stefanie Muniz
Yeah.
00:09:01:33 – 00:09:04:20
Agent Palmer
So what character are you most like?
00:09:04:35 – 00:09:18:24
Stefanie Muniz
Oh, well, now I have to think back to what TV shows that we’ve watched were I related to character? And there’s not a lot of them. Like there’s not a character that I think I like that I’m like in Kenobi. So that doesn’t work.
00:09:18:29 – 00:09:29:42
Agent Palmer
All right. Like in full disclosure, we’ve watched, a lot of track together. We’ve watched a bunch of Gilmore Girls and West Wing and all of the Sorkin stuff.
00:09:29:47 – 00:09:30:53
Stefanie Muniz
Yeah, okay. Well, then there’s.
00:09:30:53 – 00:09:33:34
Agent Palmer
Not one character in all of that.
00:09:33:39 – 00:09:51:59
Stefanie Muniz
Okay, well, if we go with the track, because that’s the most recent thing that we’ve watched. And I remember actually telling you who I most related to in that show. So in Star Trek The Original Series, I am Spock. Okay, I relate to Spock, but stock meets back where we’re good.
00:09:52:04 – 00:09:53:50
Agent Palmer
That your final answer?
00:09:53:54 – 00:10:14:03
Stefanie Muniz
Yeah, because I can’t think of any other shows right now that I am that the characters I’m like. But I’ve always been very like, I don’t want to say, you know, not emotional. But much like Spock, emotions are usually in check and very logical. So I’ve always related to Spock quite a bit.
00:10:14:08 – 00:10:21:06
Agent Palmer
All right. Would you rather be a jack of many trades or a master of one?
00:10:21:11 – 00:10:38:13
Stefanie Muniz
I think probably, I think many, many trades because that’s kind of what I want to do now. Like I want to learn to play an instrument and I want to learn to speak another language. And so I feel like.
00:10:38:18 – 00:10:54:02
Agent Palmer
Look, I’ve done this a few times before. I’ve been around the block with these 50 questions, and this question feels like it has a correct answer. Like unlike all the other things, this one feels like it has a correct answer, and master of one is the wrong answer. Every time.
00:10:54:07 – 00:10:56:32
Stefanie Muniz
Yay!
00:10:56:36 – 00:11:03:45
Agent Palmer
All right, so I’m going to rely on your memory again. Okay. What’s the funniest movie moment you’ve ever seen?
00:11:03:50 – 00:11:16:06
Stefanie Muniz
Funniest movie moment. He. Oh gosh. There was something that we recently watched that I found quite funny. And it was a movie.
00:11:16:11 – 00:11:18:02
Agent Palmer
Yeah. But is it the funniest?
00:11:18:15 – 00:11:24:29
Stefanie Muniz
I mean, I left quite a bit.
00:11:24:34 – 00:11:31:16
Agent Palmer
Like, there aren’t like, movie scenes that live rent free in your head because they’re funny that you seen, like, from 20 years ago.
00:11:31:20 – 00:11:43:23
Stefanie Muniz
No, there probably were at some point in time, but then work and stress is bumped. Everything out of my brain. Oh, gosh.
00:11:43:23 – 00:11:48:10
Agent Palmer
What’s your favorite comedy? Let’s see if we can piece this together.
00:11:48:15 – 00:11:52:43
Stefanie Muniz
Favorite comedy, I think. I mean, like, there’s there’s some Mel Brooks movies that are up there.
00:11:52:48 – 00:11:58:46
Agent Palmer
Okay. So what’s your favorite Mel Brooks scene? Funny scene.
00:11:58:51 – 00:12:16:45
Stefanie Muniz
I think I’m going to go with Robin Hood Men in Tights and the I mean, there’s a there’s a lot of them in that movie that I really like that I remember back from childhood and loved them so much that I would repeat them.
00:12:16:50 – 00:12:23:41
Agent Palmer
Okay all the time. And the funniest one for you was God.
00:12:23:45 – 00:12:26:49
Stefanie Muniz
I can’t, I can’t decide between.
00:12:26:54 – 00:12:28:07
Agent Palmer
Just pick one.
00:12:28:12 – 00:12:37:51
Stefanie Muniz
We’ll just go with, the scene where, I got blanking on the scene. Then.
00:12:37:51 – 00:12:39:59
Agent Palmer
It must not be your favorite.
00:12:40:04 – 00:13:07:03
Stefanie Muniz
Well, I don’t like being on the spot. We’ll just go with, when when Robin comes back from from the Crusades and, his his servant Blinken is, telling him all about how his his father died and then his mother and then his dog and cat, and and he’s just listing everything’s up, and he’s like, oh, it’s so great to be home, isn’t it?
00:13:07:07 – 00:13:13:31
Stefanie Muniz
We’ll just go with that one. It’s not. I don’t think that’s the funniest one, but I can’t decide right now.
00:13:13:36 – 00:13:19:51
Agent Palmer
All right. Well, that that mercifully brings us to the next round of rapid fire questions.
00:13:19:55 – 00:13:21:37
Stefanie Muniz
Thank goodness.
00:13:21:41 – 00:13:26:24
Agent Palmer
Play keyword play dodgeball or kickball?
00:13:26:29 – 00:13:27:36
Stefanie Muniz
Kickball.
00:13:27:41 – 00:13:42:07
Agent Palmer
Swim in a pool or the ocean pool. Would you rather act or direct the direct, win the lottery, or find your perfect job?
00:13:42:11 – 00:13:44:43
Stefanie Muniz
Probably find my perfect job.
00:13:44:48 – 00:13:47:37
Agent Palmer
Watch sports or play sports?
00:13:47:42 – 00:13:48:39
Stefanie Muniz
Watch sports.
00:13:48:43 – 00:13:56:57
Agent Palmer
All right. Now, now we’re back to the, you know, make you sweat a little bit, apparently.
00:13:57:01 – 00:14:02:13
Stefanie Muniz
Some of those are hard. I don’t like them. Who?
00:14:02:18 – 00:14:08:36
Agent Palmer
Very important. Who would you want with you if you were stranded on a desert island?
00:14:08:41 – 00:14:12:14
Stefanie Muniz
Well, that’s easy. You.
00:14:12:19 – 00:14:15:23
Agent Palmer
Yay! We’re stranded together.
00:14:15:27 – 00:14:20:00
Stefanie Muniz
Yeah.
00:14:20:04 – 00:14:21:19
Agent Palmer
No one else.
00:14:21:23 – 00:14:22:50
Stefanie Muniz
Oh, like it could be more than one.
00:14:22:55 – 00:14:28:19
Agent Palmer
It’s literally just. Who would you. I didn’t say a single person.
00:14:28:24 – 00:14:35:36
Stefanie Muniz
Yeah, but I don’t know. When you start adding a bunch of people, it’s like, how did they all get to this island?
00:14:35:41 – 00:14:40:35
Agent Palmer
Actually, no, that’s not what it is. It’s. How do they get along?
00:14:40:40 – 00:14:41:22
Stefanie Muniz
Okay.
00:14:41:26 – 00:14:46:58
Agent Palmer
If I’m your first choice, be careful with your second one. That’s all I’m saying.
00:14:47:03 – 00:14:50:34
Stefanie Muniz
Well, and that’s why I’m thinking, like.
00:14:50:38 – 00:14:52:32
Agent Palmer
Just the two of us.
00:14:52:37 – 00:15:04:26
Stefanie Muniz
It would either be all the two of us and then probably a pet, like right now, it’d be Max. Okay, if at the time that we get stranded on an island so we have a different pet with us, or a pet.
00:15:04:31 – 00:15:11:43
Agent Palmer
Okay. All right. What junk food? Couldn’t you live without there?
00:15:11:43 – 00:15:18:03
Stefanie Muniz
Question how this chocolate count is a junk food? Or is that more of a candy?
00:15:18:07 – 00:15:21:19
Agent Palmer
Either. Either it’s a it’s the same.
00:15:21:23 – 00:15:22:53
Stefanie Muniz
Why? Because I call.
00:15:22:53 – 00:15:24:54
Agent Palmer
Candy junk food.
00:15:24:59 – 00:15:26:45
Stefanie Muniz
Yeah, but it’s it’s.
00:15:26:58 – 00:15:28:09
Agent Palmer
No, all.
00:15:28:13 – 00:15:29:55
Stefanie Muniz
Food is a dumb thing.
00:15:30:00 – 00:15:34:39
Agent Palmer
I mean, you, if you say chocolate, I’m going to ask you to be more specific.
00:15:34:44 – 00:15:40:20
Stefanie Muniz
Well, because my other answer, as far as, like, what I consider junk food that I can’t live without, would be chips because I like chips.
00:15:40:20 – 00:15:43:20
Agent Palmer
And I know, again, I would ask you to be more specific.
00:15:43:25 – 00:15:45:38
Stefanie Muniz
What chip would I not be able to live without.
00:15:45:38 – 00:15:47:25
Agent Palmer
Or what chocolate.
00:15:47:30 – 00:16:13:33
Stefanie Muniz
Or what chocolate? Chocolate. It would be. Kinderhook. A lot of that German milk chocolate, because I love it and would be very sad if I would have it any more than I have. It comes a different force. Like it comes with the little bars. It comes with the little eggs. You know, all the all the the variety of kinder, kinder chocolates.
00:16:13:38 – 00:16:24:45
Stefanie Muniz
Chips. If I had to narrow it down to one, just one, I’d probably go with barbecue.
00:16:24:50 – 00:16:27:11
Agent Palmer
Barbecue or kinder.
00:16:27:16 – 00:16:27:54
Stefanie Muniz
Yeah.
00:16:27:59 – 00:16:29:39
Agent Palmer
Which one.
00:16:29:43 – 00:16:31:42
Stefanie Muniz
I like. That’s the one. You know, we’ve we’ve.
00:16:31:42 – 00:16:36:00
Agent Palmer
Narrowed it down for you. Which one couldn’t you live without?
00:16:36:05 – 00:16:36:49
Stefanie Muniz
The kinder chocolate?
00:16:36:53 – 00:16:40:22
Agent Palmer
Okay. What is your least favorite food?
00:16:40:27 – 00:17:03:41
Stefanie Muniz
My least favorite food. Probably steak, because I’m not a big, like, meat eater. And especially, like, not thick steaks. Like, I would eat, like, yesterday. I had short rib. That was delicious. I have burgers every once in a while, but I think just like steak, because I remember as a kid we would eat a lot of steaks with my dad like steaks.
00:17:03:46 – 00:17:15:24
Stefanie Muniz
But I wasn’t a big fan of steaks at a kid as a kid. And it was always like, eat your steak. I don’t want to. The steak I like, because otherwise I tend to like a lot of a lot of different foods.
00:17:15:24 – 00:17:22:00
Agent Palmer
So which real planet would you visit?
00:17:22:05 – 00:17:23:33
Stefanie Muniz
Which real planet would I visit?
00:17:23:33 – 00:17:38:25
Agent Palmer
And this is also presuming that we don’t have to give you like the real time. It takes 500 years to get there, but which your planet would you visit?
00:17:38:30 – 00:17:53:39
Stefanie Muniz
Probably Saturn, because I’ve always thought Saturn was really pretty with all the rings, and it would be cool to see those up close. All the little particles and pieces of space. Stuff that mega up the rings.
00:17:53:44 – 00:18:00:52
Agent Palmer
All right. What childhood movie do you still love today?
00:18:00:57 – 00:18:05:24
Stefanie Muniz
We will. I’ll go with Jim Henson’s Muppet Christmas Carol.
00:18:05:29 – 00:18:15:24
Agent Palmer
Like, even if it’s not the holidays. Because it is just childhood movie. Yeah. And you picked up a holiday movie because it’s.
00:18:15:38 – 00:18:39:16
Stefanie Muniz
I’ve seen it most recently as a childhood movie. Like, there’s other movies that are not really child movies, like, obviously. Well, okay. Well, then, we’ll go with another Jim Henson one. We’ll go with labyrinth. Okay. Well, because that one’s it’s like a, you know, it’s been a an absolute favorite movie of mine for since childhood.
00:18:39:21 – 00:18:43:09
Agent Palmer
Well, congratulations, you’ve made it to the next rapid fire.
00:18:43:09 – 00:18:47:24
Stefanie Muniz
Round that that long answer round was a lot easier than, like, the last.
00:18:47:24 – 00:18:53:48
Agent Palmer
Sure, sure. Excuses, excuses. All right, R2-d2 or Boba.
00:18:53:53 – 00:18:54:58
Stefanie Muniz
R2d2.
00:18:55:03 – 00:18:59:18
Agent Palmer
Watch TV or read a book.
00:18:59:23 – 00:19:03:13
Stefanie Muniz
Much as I love to read, I’ll probably say watch TV because it’s easier to do.
00:19:03:17 – 00:19:05:09
Agent Palmer
Laptop or tablet.
00:19:05:14 – 00:19:06:30
Stefanie Muniz
00:19:06:35 – 00:19:10:46
Agent Palmer
Laptop camp in an RV or stay in a tent.
00:19:10:50 – 00:19:22:05
Stefanie Muniz
And yeah, I’m going to say tent only because I’ve only ever done tents. I’ve not done an RV like I’ve been in an RV, but not while camping.
00:19:22:10 – 00:19:38:47
Agent Palmer
And then this last one as a as an excuse for needing to change these 50 questions soon. But is still a relevant question, but for very different reasons. Use Facebook or Twitter.
00:19:38:52 – 00:19:49:13
Stefanie Muniz
Well. Of the two it would be Twitter. Although who knows how much longer Twitter will be around. Okay.
00:19:49:18 – 00:19:56:05
Agent Palmer
Right now, I guess gird yourself. Let’s go to more open ended questions.
00:19:56:09 – 00:19:56:44
Stefanie Muniz
Okay.
00:19:56:49 – 00:20:02:09
Agent Palmer
If you could do anything you wanted right now, what would it be?
00:20:02:14 – 00:20:04:03
Stefanie Muniz
Travel around Europe.
00:20:04:08 – 00:20:10:44
Agent Palmer
Okay. Just right now, like, snap your fingers all of a sudden you’re traveling Europe?
00:20:10:49 – 00:20:31:03
Stefanie Muniz
Yes. Like, if I didn’t have to worry about work, I didn’t have to worry about, you know, being a year to take care of a cat. Didn’t have to worry about, like, you know, money to get me to Europe and things like that. Yeah, I would, I would love to just travel around around Europe. I mean, there’s there’s so many of Europe.
00:20:31:08 – 00:20:32:22
Agent Palmer
Just Europe.
00:20:32:32 – 00:20:37:04
Stefanie Muniz
No, like, as much of it as I could get go to because I, I’ve been to.
00:20:37:15 – 00:20:44:45
Agent Palmer
You want to be a risk piece basically.
00:20:44:50 – 00:20:50:07
Agent Palmer
That’s what you want. You want to be a risk piece that somebody moves around Europe as they conquest it.
00:20:50:11 – 00:20:52:28
Stefanie Muniz
But I do want to conquer Europe on its own.
00:20:52:28 – 00:20:59:22
Agent Palmer
Eventually it’s yes, but in order to conquer it on risk, you need to move around. All of it.
00:20:59:27 – 00:21:03:32
Stefanie Muniz
Yeah, but I just want to revisit it.
00:21:03:37 – 00:21:08:12
Agent Palmer
All right. What animal do you most want to have as a pet?
00:21:08:27 – 00:21:10:24
Stefanie Muniz
Not including the one I have right now.
00:21:10:29 – 00:21:17:19
Agent Palmer
What animal do you most want to have as a pet?
00:21:17:24 – 00:21:29:43
Stefanie Muniz
I think I’d say a dog, because I know it’s not going to happen because you’re not a big dog person. But, like, what are we talking, like, more exotic.
00:21:29:43 – 00:21:37:44
Agent Palmer
Question is, what animal do you most want to have as a pet?
00:21:37:49 – 00:21:59:03
Stefanie Muniz
Oh, there was one that I was thinking of the other day. Hold on. No, no, no, it wasn’t a goat. Oh, God. What was it? It was a it was a there was a cute little animal that I saw, and I can’t I can’t remember what it is now.
00:21:59:07 – 00:22:03:07
Agent Palmer
So, so, so just it’s really fuzzy.
00:22:03:12 – 00:22:16:20
Stefanie Muniz
It’s really fuzzy. Hold on. I’m trying to see. I tried to see. It’ll come back to me really fuzzy furry animal. Darn it. It’s not. Yeah, it’s not, it’s not, it’s not coming back to me.
00:22:16:25 – 00:22:18:54
Agent Palmer
All right. So your answer is dog.
00:22:19:01 – 00:22:21:19
Stefanie Muniz
Yeah. Dog. Dog or dog or cat.
00:22:21:23 – 00:22:23:51
Agent Palmer
Okay. Where she could.
00:22:23:51 – 00:22:25:34
Stefanie Muniz
Make.
00:22:25:39 – 00:22:29:27
Agent Palmer
Where do you most want to travel but have never been.
00:22:29:36 – 00:22:35:31
Stefanie Muniz
See, two questions ago.
00:22:35:36 – 00:22:40:37
Agent Palmer
All right, but if you said Europe, I would press you for a specific city.
00:22:40:41 – 00:23:01:38
Stefanie Muniz
But I’m going to. I’m actually going to go, because I said Europe in the last question. I’ll actually go with a completely different thing, because where I also would really love to go and because it just I just saw it on TV not too long ago is I would love to go to Tokyo. That’s that’s like a would be a big dream goal to to be able to go to Tokyo.
00:23:01:51 – 00:23:03:01
Agent Palmer
Any particular reason?
00:23:03:01 – 00:23:35:15
Stefanie Muniz
I’ve just always liked Japan and especially Tokyo like I’ve since I was younger. I always liked anime and manga and Japanese food and all the cool things like, you know, Nintendo and all of the stuff that they have there in Japan. And the the culture and just it just seems like a really cool place. And so anytime I see somebody who goes to Japan, I’m like, all I, I want to go and experience.
00:23:35:20 – 00:23:58:30
Stefanie Muniz
That’s cool. Things. So yeah, but it would be it’s also one of those things that would be very, extremely hard to to do because I would want to go with someone that would at least know enough Japanese to be able to get around, because I don’t want to just go is like just me as a tourist who doesn’t speak any Japanese because that would be interesting.
00:23:58:40 – 00:24:02:51
Stefanie Muniz
Or yeah, it would be a little bit, a little bit crazy.
00:24:02:56 – 00:24:13:38
Agent Palmer
Who is your favorite author? See. And you drew, you were doing so well. You had an answer for Tokyo and just.
00:24:13:43 – 00:24:28:59
Stefanie Muniz
It’s only because I’ve got I’ve got so many favorite authors. But I guess if I’ll have to, if I’d have to to, like, just narrow it down. Yes. No. Jane Austen. Jane Austen. Okay.
00:24:29:04 – 00:24:31:25
Agent Palmer
Why?
00:24:31:29 – 00:24:48:34
Stefanie Muniz
Because I love her novels, and I’ve always loved her novels. And it’s because I can’t have more than one. Because otherwise it’d be Jane Austen. Agatha Christie, couldn’t be so many. That’s.
00:24:48:34 – 00:24:50:03
Agent Palmer
Two, by the way.
00:24:50:08 – 00:24:50:59
Stefanie Muniz
Well.
00:24:51:04 – 00:24:54:20
Agent Palmer
So many is two. By the way, my answer.
00:24:54:25 – 00:24:56:06
Stefanie Muniz
Has Shakespeare’s in there.
00:24:56:11 – 00:25:01:32
Agent Palmer
My answer has four. Well, and two also reigns.
00:25:01:37 – 00:25:28:50
Stefanie Muniz
Yeah. I mean, if, you know, with given more time and thought, I could definitely come up with with more. But Jane Austen, I love the, the the time era that she wrote in. I like her style of writing. I liked what she said was was trying to say in her writing and the fact that, you know, a woman of her time, okay, could do that is I always thought that was really cool.
00:25:28:55 – 00:25:37:40
Agent Palmer
I don’t usually do this, but can you guess my four or the four I named?
00:25:37:45 – 00:25:39:12
Stefanie Muniz
Is is Douglas Copeland in there?
00:25:39:15 – 00:25:40:47
Agent Palmer
That’s one of them. Yeah.
00:25:40:52 – 00:25:43:17
Stefanie Muniz
Okay. Dayton.
00:25:43:30 – 00:25:45:21
Agent Palmer
That’s one of them. Yeah.
00:25:45:26 – 00:25:46:03
Stefanie Muniz
Clive Barker.
00:25:46:11 – 00:25:54:31
Agent Palmer
That’s a third. There’s only one more. I’ll give you a hint. My collection’s as big as it is for the other three.
00:25:54:36 – 00:25:58:05
Stefanie Muniz
Is it? I’m gonna go with token.
00:25:58:10 – 00:25:59:12
Agent Palmer
No.
00:25:59:16 – 00:26:05:27
Stefanie Muniz
No, darn it, because I was I was thinking token, but then I was like, nah,
00:26:05:32 – 00:26:05:59
Agent Palmer
It’s really.
00:26:06:05 – 00:26:08:37
Stefanie Muniz
Humorous. Who wrote The Shannara Chronicles?
00:26:08:43 – 00:26:10:11
Agent Palmer
It’s not Terry Brooks.
00:26:10:16 – 00:26:17:10
Stefanie Muniz
Not Terry Brooks. It’s a big collection. Oh, oh, oh, Klosterman.
00:26:17:13 – 00:26:18:15
Agent Palmer
There you go.
00:26:18:20 – 00:26:20:25
Stefanie Muniz
Chuck Klosterman. Yeah.
00:26:20:29 – 00:26:25:38
Agent Palmer
Okay. Well, now that I got you thinking about books and authors, what’s your favorite book.
00:26:25:42 – 00:26:32:42
Stefanie Muniz
To come on?
00:26:32:47 – 00:26:57:15
Stefanie Muniz
Okay. I guess since my favorite author, one of the Jane Austen, I will go with one of her books as my favorite book. And I will go with Pride and Prejudice because I love every form of that. I could reread that that novel over and over again. I mean, I love her other books as well, but Pride and Prejudice is just it’s been my favorite since I discovered Jane Austen.
00:26:57:19 – 00:27:03:24
Stefanie Muniz
And I love all the movies and the shows and all the spin offs like Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. I’m there for all of it.
00:27:03:37 – 00:27:06:32
Agent Palmer
What was your first Jane Austen book.
00:27:06:37 – 00:27:12:41
Stefanie Muniz
Pride and Prejudice? Okay. So, it’s like, yeah.
00:27:12:46 – 00:27:16:26
Agent Palmer
All right, well, congratulations. You’ve gotten to another rapid fire round.
00:27:16:30 – 00:27:20:42
Stefanie Muniz
Okay. What? Where are we? In the in the whole scheme of things, like, are we halfway?
00:27:20:42 – 00:27:23:33
Agent Palmer
Are we? I’m pretty sure we’re over halfway.
00:27:23:38 – 00:27:25:18
Stefanie Muniz
Oh, okay.
00:27:25:23 – 00:27:33:27
Agent Palmer
Armageddon or deep impact? Armageddon on a houseboat or a speed boat?
00:27:33:32 – 00:27:38:25
Stefanie Muniz
I’m going to say houseboat because as a kid, we had a speedboat.
00:27:38:30 – 00:27:40:56
Agent Palmer
Go climbing or zip lining?
00:27:41:01 – 00:27:43:10
Stefanie Muniz
ZIP lining. I love ziplining.
00:27:43:14 – 00:27:48:30
Agent Palmer
I love that I love that question, by the way, because it’s. Do you want to go up or down?
00:27:48:34 – 00:27:53:04
Stefanie Muniz
Well, also climbing there’s always a risk of like falling in dead Falls.
00:27:53:04 – 00:27:59:51
Agent Palmer
Is that let’s not. Yeah. No you can, you can. Okay. Okay. Coffee or tea?
00:27:59:56 – 00:28:00:32
Stefanie Muniz
Tea.
00:28:00:37 – 00:28:04:01
Agent Palmer
Have a night out or an evening in.
00:28:04:06 – 00:28:05:24
Stefanie Muniz
Evening in.
00:28:05:29 – 00:28:24:20
Agent Palmer
Okay. Now we’re back to I want to say general ignorance questions now because I’ve got Q I on the brain and I can stump you with every one of these questions. Apparently. What was your favorite activity in gym class?
00:28:24:25 – 00:28:26:32
Stefanie Muniz
Not a sports.
00:28:26:36 – 00:28:30:41
Agent Palmer
That’s fine. That’s why I said activity.
00:28:30:46 – 00:28:44:08
Stefanie Muniz
I’ll, I’ll go with, elementary school. Okay. And then in elementary school, there were the days when we could where it was not a sport and it wasn’t line dancing, which I went to elementary school.
00:28:44:08 – 00:28:48:42
Agent Palmer
And it doesn’t matter. I didn’t go to. I had to do it too.
00:28:48:47 – 00:28:51:25
Stefanie Muniz
Which makes sense, because you were also kind of like in the, in the country.
00:28:51:36 – 00:28:54:58
Agent Palmer
But I think everyone do it to an extent. But anyway.
00:28:55:03 – 00:29:04:49
Stefanie Muniz
Probably. But so there, there were specific days where we would do I don’t even know what you’d call it, but there would be this, this giant.
00:29:04:53 – 00:29:07:35
Agent Palmer
You’re talking about the parachute.
00:29:07:40 – 00:29:10:07
Stefanie Muniz
Is that what it is? That what it’s called was called the parachute.
00:29:10:07 – 00:29:21:31
Agent Palmer
It’s the big it’s the big thing that everybody gets to like. It’s a big circular piece of fabric, and everybody just. You put balls on it sometimes and pop them around. Are you.
00:29:21:36 – 00:29:29:28
Stefanie Muniz
Yeah. Well we didn’t we didn’t do that. What we did was because there was, there was a hole in the middle, I believe. And then you would gather round it and then.
00:29:29:33 – 00:29:31:11
Agent Palmer
You, it was a parachute.
00:29:31:13 – 00:29:34:41
Stefanie Muniz
Lift it up, really lift it up real, real quick.
00:29:34:45 – 00:29:36:21
Agent Palmer
And then he got underneath.
00:29:36:26 – 00:29:40:58
Stefanie Muniz
Underneath it. And then he would sit down and he would all be like inside the thing. And then it eventually would like, I.
00:29:40:58 – 00:29:44:24
Agent Palmer
Mean, it was called the parachute. I’m sure it wasn’t a parachute, but like, that’s. Yeah.
00:29:44:33 – 00:30:01:57
Stefanie Muniz
No. Yeah. But I think that would be the best way to describe it. Okay. Like I, I distinctly remember that and I loved that. Like I loved any time we had those like activities where I guess it was like socializing a group, building a group activities. I don’t I don’t know what they were called, but those are always the a lot of fun.
00:30:02:02 – 00:30:04:46
Agent Palmer
Who is your favorite Disney villain?
00:30:04:51 – 00:30:22:01
Stefanie Muniz
Who? Oh, that’s a tough one. I think, because I don’t know if I need if I should go with, like, older Disney, like my childhood Disney or just favorite villain, my favorite villain.
00:30:22:01 – 00:30:29:35
Agent Palmer
Not best villain. This isn’t arguable. This is. No, no, I know your favorite villain. Oh.
00:30:29:40 – 00:30:53:07
Stefanie Muniz
I think I will go with scar, Jesse, because I can’t think of any, yeah. Scottish scar from The Lion King, voiced by Jeremy Irons. He’s just, you know, he lorded over hyenas until he didn’t.
00:30:53:11 – 00:30:57:23
Agent Palmer
They? All the Disney villains. Lord over something until they don’t, I mean.
00:30:57:28 – 00:31:02:31
Stefanie Muniz
Oh, yeah, that’s very, very true.
00:31:02:36 – 00:31:05:15
Agent Palmer
What was the first concert you ever saw?
00:31:05:20 – 00:31:15:01
Stefanie Muniz
Oh, God. I think the first one I ever went to think was Green Day.
00:31:15:06 – 00:31:15:32
Agent Palmer
Okay.
00:31:15:32 – 00:31:19:06
Stefanie Muniz
I think it was. I think it was Green Day. So I think that’s.
00:31:19:10 – 00:31:22:59
Agent Palmer
Do you remember what tour it was?
00:31:23:04 – 00:31:28:00
Stefanie Muniz
No, no, no, I think it was American Idiot. I think maybe. Okay.
00:31:28:04 – 00:31:33:47
Agent Palmer
What does your perfect day look like?
00:31:33:51 – 00:32:09:19
Stefanie Muniz
One where I’m not working and I can do whatever I want. So, sleeping in, having a nice breakfast, being able to just relax, maybe read, play some games, and not just like video games, but, like just playing board games or playing magic. Doing things that, you know, help you kind of unwind and maybe even disconnect from from the internet and things for a while.
00:32:09:24 – 00:32:11:11
Stefanie Muniz
00:32:11:16 – 00:32:13:51
Agent Palmer
Is that is that are you done?
00:32:13:56 – 00:32:19:41
Stefanie Muniz
Yes. If I could put in like caveat. So like, if it’s a rainy day, I mean, it’s definitely your perfect day.
00:32:19:41 – 00:32:22:36
Agent Palmer
You get to determine what your perfect day looks like.
00:32:22:41 – 00:32:28:03
Stefanie Muniz
But sometimes rainy days could be perfect if you all you want to do is just be inside and you get to determine.
00:32:28:03 – 00:32:36:00
Agent Palmer
That it’s your perfect day. What is it look like? You get to determine if it’s raining or not.
00:32:36:05 – 00:32:48:57
Stefanie Muniz
But I don’t think it is. A perfect day could be different depending on the mood I’m in. Like a perfect day could be a rainy day, but it could also be a sunny day where I could go for a walk like I’d, I don’t know, there’s like it depends.
00:32:49:01 – 00:33:00:32
Agent Palmer
All right. What is one thing that should be taught in school that isn’t already.
00:33:00:37 – 00:33:08:33
Stefanie Muniz
One thing that should be taught in school that isn’t already. Oh, God, I don’t know.
00:33:08:37 – 00:33:12:30
Agent Palmer
I’m not going to help you. You got to come up with an answer.
00:33:12:35 – 00:33:19:02
Stefanie Muniz
I mean, I guess what my answer would be just a different version of stuff that’s already being taught. Now.
00:33:19:07 – 00:33:20:23
Agent Palmer
Like what?
00:33:20:28 – 00:33:50:01
Stefanie Muniz
Like a different. I don’t want to say like a different version of history, but like, I think more robust history. So I feel like you don’t. You get bits and pieces of history and depending on where you’re at in school, you only get like American history. And then if you want world history, you don’t. Especially in like I think elementary and that type of school, like if you go to university, you have more opportunity to get even broader world histories.
00:33:50:01 – 00:34:05:08
Stefanie Muniz
But like just regular like K through 12. Have you like more time spent on worldly history would benefit a lot of people, because those who did not learn from history are doomed to repeat it.
00:34:05:12 – 00:34:10:13
Agent Palmer
Well, congratulations. Where to the last ten questions.
00:34:10:18 – 00:34:11:27
Stefanie Muniz
Oh good.
00:34:11:32 – 00:34:13:15
Agent Palmer
Marvel or DC.
00:34:13:20 – 00:34:14:03
Stefanie Muniz
DC.
00:34:14:08 – 00:34:20:44
Agent Palmer
Crash with friends or stay in a hotel hotel? Visit Europe or Mexico.
00:34:20:49 – 00:34:22:18
Stefanie Muniz
Europe.
00:34:22:23 – 00:34:28:18
Agent Palmer
Travel by plane, train or automobile?
00:34:28:22 – 00:34:38:33
Stefanie Muniz
I’m going to go with the one that I wish I could travel on the most, because it’s the least one that’s available, sort of depending on where you are. I’m going to go a train.
00:34:38:37 – 00:34:44:05
Agent Palmer
Produce a blockbuster movie or a hit television show.
00:34:44:10 – 00:34:46:00
Stefanie Muniz
Hit television show.
00:34:46:05 – 00:34:56:03
Agent Palmer
All right, now we’re on to the final five. Okay. What would you do first, if you were the president of your own country?
00:34:56:08 – 00:35:18:35
Stefanie Muniz
Make sure I assign smarter people to help me run the country, okay? Because I feel like I should not be the president of a country. So, yeah, sort of surround myself with smart, good people that’ll help me run a country.
00:35:18:40 – 00:35:21:46
Agent Palmer
So the first thing you’re going to do is build a cabinet.
00:35:21:50 – 00:35:22:31
Stefanie Muniz
Yes.
00:35:22:35 – 00:35:29:22
Agent Palmer
Okay. What is your biggest success up until now?
00:35:29:27 – 00:35:31:56
Stefanie Muniz
Like in in life, in work.
00:35:32:02 – 00:35:43:24
Agent Palmer
Life, quality life, which, by the way, would also incorporate work. But in school and whatever life. What is your biggest success? Up until now?
00:35:43:29 – 00:35:45:21
Stefanie Muniz
Gosh.
00:35:45:26 – 00:35:51:22
Agent Palmer
You have had successes. What is your what are the what’s the one you’re most proud of? Not the one in the world, you know.
00:35:51:27 – 00:35:58:00
Stefanie Muniz
I mean, probably, my college degree. Okay.
00:35:58:04 – 00:36:02:06
Agent Palmer
That’s the one you’re most proud of. That’s your biggest success?
00:36:02:11 – 00:36:19:27
Stefanie Muniz
I would say so, because at the at the time that I got my college degree, neither of my parents had a college degree. My dad later on got a college degree, but at the time, I was the first one of my immediate family to have ever gotten a college degree. So I felt that was like a great level of accomplishment.
00:36:19:32 – 00:36:21:04
Agent Palmer
And what did you get your degree in?
00:36:21:09 – 00:36:24:02
Stefanie Muniz
It was, it’s an associate’s in arts.
00:36:24:07 – 00:36:29:35
Agent Palmer
Okay, I’m going to be nice. I’ve started being nicer to people with arts degrees.
00:36:29:40 – 00:36:45:06
Stefanie Muniz
I mean, it wasn’t only going to be an arts degree. I got. I graduated with the associates with the plan to then transfer to a university to basically use those credits for the associates to get a jumpstart on a bachelor’s, in what never happened.
00:36:45:06 – 00:36:49:09
Agent Palmer
Yeah, but what would you get a bachelor’s in?
00:36:49:14 – 00:36:51:00
Stefanie Muniz
What did you time at the time?
00:36:51:00 – 00:36:52:18
Agent Palmer
Yes, at the time.
00:36:52:23 – 00:36:58:40
Stefanie Muniz
Yeah. At the time, it was going to be, some type of of medical prerequisite bachelor’s.
00:36:58:48 – 00:37:01:35
Agent Palmer
All right. Well, then I can’t make fun of you because that’s practical.
00:37:01:40 – 00:37:23:51
Stefanie Muniz
Yeah, but then when once I decided that I couldn’t afford to, to go to medical school. And so it wouldn’t make any sense to get a bachelor’s in, like, any type of medical prerequisite, then I was leaning more towards, some type of, business again, of fairly practical.
00:37:23:51 – 00:37:36:54
Agent Palmer
I can’t make fun of you. Although I’m like I said, I’m not making fun of art people anymore. So, All right, on a scale of 1 to 10, how funny would you say you are?
00:37:36:58 – 00:37:39:27
Stefanie Muniz
00:37:39:31 – 00:38:03:11
Stefanie Muniz
I’m really bad at ranking myself, which is why I hate doing self assessments at work. For, like, my yearly reviews. Well, I always tend to not like, what do you call, like, boost yourself or whatever. So I’m going to say a six.
00:38:03:16 – 00:38:05:00
Stefanie Muniz
Why are you laughing? Because,
00:38:05:05 – 00:38:05:56
Agent Palmer
My answer.
00:38:05:56 – 00:38:14:25
Stefanie Muniz
Was to. See? More. Perfect. More perfect for each other.
00:38:14:30 – 00:38:21:29
Agent Palmer
All right. This one’s going to this one. I if you either have an answer for this right away or it’s going to be a while.
00:38:21:34 – 00:38:21:54
Stefanie Muniz
Okay.
00:38:22:07 – 00:38:30:23
Agent Palmer
If you had a warning label, what would yours say?
00:38:30:28 – 00:38:34:28
Stefanie Muniz
Warning. Do not deprive of sleep.
00:38:34:33 – 00:38:35:53
Agent Palmer
Okay?
00:38:35:57 – 00:38:45:42
Stefanie Muniz
Because if I don’t get enough sleep, I. I’m not a happy giver. I need my I need my, like, seven hours minimum of sleep a night.
00:38:45:47 – 00:38:55:09
Agent Palmer
And now for the final question. What is one question you want to ask me right now?
00:38:55:14 – 00:38:59:13
Stefanie Muniz
Why did you make the first round of long form questions so hard?
00:38:59:18 – 00:39:25:18
Agent Palmer
I didn’t they? It was little, if that. I mean, I’ll answer if that’s the one question you have, then I would say that this was all happenstance. And, you know, how it came about was how it came about, and there was no rhyme or reason to the order of the questions other than alternating the rapid fire with the long form.
00:39:25:23 – 00:39:40:22
Agent Palmer
And, it’s just it’s just that’s just the way it worked out. And by the way, they were hard for you having done this before in audio and text form. This is everybody has their own that stumped them.
00:39:40:27 – 00:39:41:27
Stefanie Muniz
Well, yeah.
00:39:41:32 – 00:39:44:42
Agent Palmer
Yours just happened to be in the first 15.
00:39:44:42 – 00:39:45:44
Stefanie Muniz
Or.
00:39:45:44 – 00:39:56:10
Agent Palmer
20 or whatever it was. Yeah.
00:39:56:15 – 00:40:20:37
Agent Palmer
So there you have it. You have heard me talk about her on this show many times, and now you have heard her on this show also, I have again done the 50 questions. So I must ask you, dear listeners, is there a previous guest who you’d like to see me have on for these 50 questions? Would you like me to change them up, or should I leave them as is?
00:40:20:42 – 00:40:41:14
Agent Palmer

00:41:02:41 – 00:41:10:35
Agent Palmer
You.
00:41:10:40 – 00:41:38:09
Agent Palmer
Be.
00:41:38:14 – 00:41:41:32
Agent Palmer
All right. Stefanie, do you have one final question for me?
00:41:41:37 – 00:42:01:08
Stefanie Muniz
I do. So you’ve been people whom I’ve listened to your show know may know, or they may not know that you’ve been unemployed for quite some time. What could you see yourself doing if it was a lot easier to, you know, get get hired?
00:42:01:13 – 00:42:03:32
Agent Palmer
What can I see myself doing?
00:42:03:37 – 00:42:09:59
Stefanie Muniz
Yeah. Like, what kind of, like, do you want to be in the same field? You want to try a different field like.
00:42:10:04 – 00:42:12:28
Agent Palmer
I mean.
00:42:12:33 – 00:42:38:57
Agent Palmer
Okay, I was in marketing, right? Which in itself is a field, but I don’t I’m not I’m not a regular marketer, so I don’t see myself as Mark. I don’t see marketing as being a real field. You market the field you’re in. So I was in tourism marketing, right. So I was in tourism. I wasn’t in marketing, but I’m adaptable.
00:42:38:57 – 00:43:01:28
Agent Palmer
I don’t, you know, I could I could work for, anybody really. I like the idea of marketing. I like the idea of, you know, this podcast is a there’s a reason this podcast is on this podcast. I like the idea of stories. I mean, this episode was unique, but not every episode is that. I mean, I also have, like, solo episodes and stuff.
00:43:01:28 – 00:43:30:10
Agent Palmer
So it’s not like this podcast is just about telling stories, but mainly it’s about telling stories. And that’s what marketing is. When you boil it down, it’s not about tick tock posts and Twitter tweets and Facebook posts and, you know, catching virality. It’s about telling the story. And I think that gets lost on a lot of people. So really, I just want to help people, you know, that’s it.
00:43:30:15 – 00:43:34:00
Stefanie Muniz
You you know, what does that what does that mean? Like, if you it’s.
00:43:34:00 – 00:44:17:33
Agent Palmer
Really hard to say because it depends if it’s if it’s if it’s in health care, it’s probably about, sharing the values of the brand and then spotlighting and highlighting the doctors and the nurses and the administrators who help that thing come about. If it’s a corporate entity, it’s probably a similar thing. You know, the VP coaches, his son’s football team and this other, you know, VP, is a, assistant basketball coach and this other one volunteers at, habitat for humanity and sharing those stories are important.
00:44:17:33 – 00:44:38:29
Agent Palmer
And I don’t think enough brands do that. And you need to share those stories depending on how big it is. If it’s a corporation, a 20, then you need to share that story with the world. If it’s a corporation of a thousand or more, you need to share that story with those people internally and externally. And but let’s.
00:44:38:34 – 00:44:45:32
Stefanie Muniz
Let’s say, let’s say it’s not marketing. What else would you want to do besides marketing?
00:44:45:36 – 00:44:52:34
Agent Palmer
Not marketing. And this is something I want to do, not just, oh, you need money.
00:44:52:39 – 00:45:00:12
Stefanie Muniz
Yeah. Like just not not like you need to go out tomorrow and, like, find a job. No. If you wanted to do this, it counts. Not marketing.
00:45:00:22 – 00:45:06:39
Agent Palmer
And and and, how does content creation factor into it?
00:45:06:44 – 00:45:13:01
Stefanie Muniz
I mean, that that that’s up to you. Like, this is the thing a thing that you would. I’m trying to answer your question.
00:45:13:05 – 00:45:19:52
Agent Palmer
Like, because I like I have no problem saying, like, I’m just going to keep recording and writing.
00:45:19:57 – 00:45:22:49
Stefanie Muniz
Yeah. So like, is that is that what you want to do?
00:45:22:53 – 00:45:28:36
Agent Palmer
I mean, I’m not going to stop it when I get a job. So yeah, it’s what I want to do.
00:45:28:40 – 00:45:34:51
Stefanie Muniz
That’s the thing is like if you if you could get a job that would still allow you to do the, the, the blog and the podcast, there’s.
00:45:34:51 – 00:46:00:03
Agent Palmer
Not going to be a job that doesn’t. I started the podcast while I had a job. I started the blog while I had a job. I continued to blog in the podcast while I had a job. So getting a job doesn’t hinder me. Those things. It would be nice if it was my job, but I don’t. I’m going to go with creation, you know, because I’m I’m not averse to producing movies and editing books for other people as well.
00:46:00:12 – 00:46:05:59
Agent Palmer
It doesn’t have to be, you know, like, I like having my own venue, but I can do whatever I think.
00:46:06:01 – 00:46:11:49
Stefanie Muniz
All right. So basically being involved in creation, either creating your own things or helping other people create things.
00:46:11:53 – 00:46:16:16
Agent Palmer
Yeah. Which, by the way, is not that dissimilar from my marketing philosophy.
00:46:16:25 – 00:46:23:10
Stefanie Muniz
So yeah. Would you you’re already kind of doing that if somewhat.
00:46:23:10 – 00:46:23:53
Agent Palmer
Yeah.
00:46:23:58 – 00:46:24:18
Stefanie Muniz
Okay.
