If you read the first post in my new series on the Agent Palmer Blog, Married Woman Continues to Date, then you know I received Stinger as the headliner for my Blind Date with a Book box from the TikTok shop. Stinger is a novel in the Steamy Romance genre written by author Mia Sheridan.
The book is about a law student with her whole life planned out. While attending a law convention in Las Vegas she meets a male porn star who she at first despises. Then proceeds to spend an entire weekend with him after they both get stuck in an elevator together.

Back in December of 2024, I was highly pregnant (about 7 months) and lying in bed watching TikTok as I often did, especially when it’s dark and cold out and I don’t feel like doing anything else.
My husband is a voracious reader and while I once was as well, I have slowed down a lot, often resorting to video games as an easier distraction and stress relief from work.

I will admit that I am addicted to TikTok. While I do not post my own videos, I do follow quite a few creators that I enjoy as well as a lot of friends and I will scroll through video after video as a form of stress relief much to the chagrin of my husband.
