‘Man in the Arena’ builds new autobiographical medium as it celebrates Tom Brady

Man in the Arena - Tom Brady ESPN Plus

Love him or hate him, Tom Brady has been a winner throughout his career. With Man in the Arena, he may also prove himself as a pioneer.

I absolutely love reading biographies, and I know that as autobiographies you need to take the information with a grain of salt.

Eating the Dinosaur by Chuck Klosterman

I enjoy reading Klosterman’s books as do others, of this I am certain. But I have never, as of yet, had an encounter with a person who read is work and didn’t like it. This just seems like a natural lead in to a book review of Chuck Klosterman’s Eating the Dinosaur, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Harry Doyle and other Great Baseball Voices

In the annals of baseball history there are great players and teams. There are championships, records, amazing plays and dramatic innings. But the guys that bring them to life with their voice, through our televisions and radios are just as important. This is the beginning of my top 10 great voices of baseball list.

In the interest of full disclosure, I am a fan of the Baltimore Orioles but that doesn’t define my baseball fandom. I am a fan of the game.
