What can you say about The Last Podcaster Standing (TLPS)?

Are you looking for the right humor in all the wrong places?

It’s four guys and a girl sitting around “shooting the shit.” It’s funny, it’s irreverent, and at times, educational and dramatic.

I don’t usually write a review for a single podcast episode. I usually write about a podcasts over the long haul, either their entire run or at least the 20+ episodes I have listened to.

But then I heard Episode 24 of Podcast Without Borders: 7 Days A Geek with guests Jason and Grant. And the pen hit the page.

Wikipedia defines “Podcast” as a “digital medium that consists of a episodic series of audio, video, digital radio, PDF, or ePub files subscribed to and downloaded through web syndication or streamed on-line to a computer or mobile device.” Merriam-Webster defines “Podcast” as “a program (as of music or talk) made available in digital format for automatic download over the Internet.”

Meanwhile, I define it in the simplest terms as an “on-demand radio program.”

Back in 2011, Patton Oswalt debuted as a solo author with his autobiographical Zombie Spaceship Wasteland.

To being with on the cover and back cover, as well as, on the first two pages of the book are nothing but quotes of praise for this book. So you don’t have to take my word for it, there are at least 28 other people or entities, that regard this book as some form of hilarity or greatness.

When one third of the Nerdist Podcast meets the “M” in SModCast you get FEaB; Four Eyes and Beard.

When Matt Mira (Four Eyes) from Nerdist and Scott Mosier (Beard) from SModcast get together to talk about whatever they want, hilarity ensues.
