I don’t usually write a review for a single podcast episode. I usually write about a podcasts over the long haul, either their entire run or at least the 20+ episodes I have listened to.
But then I heard Episode 24 of Podcast Without Borders: 7 Days A Geek with guests Jason and Grant. And the pen hit the page.

My knowledge of Ant-Man, Hank Pym, Scott Lang, and Wasp doesn’t come from reading the comics, but I knew about them in a way familiar to many geeks: from conversation and osmosis from friends who do read the comics about the pint-sized powerhouse.
At best, I think I’ve read one or two issues. But I was still excited to see the character on the big screen, making his Marvel Cinematic Universe debut.
And Marvel did not disappoint.

This past weekend thousands of my fellow geeks descended upon San Diego, California for the 2015 Edition of the Annual San Diego Comic Con. And while I did not attend, I kept a keen eye on my Twitter feed.
Unlike most Comic Conventions, San Diego Comic Con isn’t just about the comic books; their artists and writers, it’s become an annual launchpad for movies and television announcements and debuts.
