SModCast is, as I said in the title, the Flagship of SModCo Internet Radio (S.I.R.) is a must listen. It’s not just for fans of Kevin Smith movies, it’s for all geeks. SModCast usually consists of Kevin Smith and Scott Mosier, although others join in from time to time.
At its core are two geeky friends talking about ridiculous news, hypothetical situations, movies and just about anything else, you’ve ever overheard at a comic store.

On the hunt for some inspiration for a Father’s Day article recently, I started digging through the endless number of online pieces about “man caves” – the temples of testosterone, haven of hangovers.
Two unexpected entries crossed my Google feed, thanks to a pair of articles outlining the apparent trend (although the articles were from 2010 and 2012) of “mom caves” or “woman caves.”

Yesterday, The Greatest Spectacle in Racing, the Indianapolis 500 ended under caution. I repeat, it ended under a yellow flag! Thus race winner Tony Kanaan followed the pace car for the final two laps to take the checkered flag. This is legal as it follows the current IndyCar rules, it’s just not good for the sport. Hello, is any one there? This is racing isn’t it?

Iron Man Three, the first leap back into the Marvel Cinematic Universe since the Avengers is out. How does this movie stack up in comparison with the other two Iron Man movies?
