Although games and series may continue on after company or licence acquisitions, mergers and bankruptcy, the original developers who created the games can at times be forgotten, but that’s now how it should be.

Game developers deserve the same recognition that the original artists get when their songs are covered by newer or different musical acts. In truth it’s their legacy, because like the original artists who wrote the musical notes and lyrics of a song that gets covered, these original developers created the script and code to the original game and that should not be forgotten.

The following took place on Friday February 13th, a few days after the airing of Episode 6 of Agent Carter on ABC titled, “A Sin to Err.”

It was an email correspondence between myself and undercover operative L. This is not uncommon. Geeks who find other geeks in work circumstances will commonly bond over commonalities from TV shows, to movies, to comics, books, and more.

The conversation happened between 9 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.:

The book, Hackers: Heroes of the Computer Revolution by Steven Levy is as great a story as the real-life characters and their accomplishments that adorn the book.

Names you’ve heard like Wozniak and Gates, and those you haven’t like Felsenstein, Greenblatt, and Gosper are among the many mentioned.

I saw my first Tucker at the America On Wheels Museum in Allentown, Pa., a few years ago. With just that taste, I found a thirst for more knowledge of this mesmerizing car, and I’m not what you would call a car guy.

This lead me to a the movie directed by Francis Ford Coppola and starring Jeff Bridges as Preston Tucker in Tucker: The Man and His Dream. But the movie wasn’t enough, and I later ended up receiving Preston Tucker A Biography: The Indomitable Tin Goose by Charles T. Pearson as a gift from my family.
